Just attended the Oct 22-24 Advanced course. It was truly advanced level training. Scott Reitz, the guy you see on the web site with all the credentials, was present for the entire training and shared a lot of info over and above the curricula. At the end of training, I admitted to him that I half expected him to just show up and make a guest appearance, then take off to leave the training to underlings. That was NOT the case.

This was my first exposure to ITTS. The other students were great. Never before have I seen ALL other students pull for everyone else to have a successful run on targets, pick up the slack when a shooter was missing a piece of equipment or help you work a problem.

Safety was paramount. Although advanced training is inherently dangerous, Scott spent more time on a safety briefing each day in class than anyone I've seen. And he meant every word. No one got away with doing it right but being sloppy!

Just a quick shout out to Chris Robinson and Curt (Sorry Brother, I didn't catch your last name). They were the assistant instructors and will be a force to be matched in the future. Both were positive forces in the class that made every attempt to help the students succeed.

Respectfully,

Aaron

Aaron,

I was in the same class, and you are right on all accounts. This was the fourth class this year at ITTS for me, each one a great learning experience.

For anyone wanting to improve their ability to shoot/handle a gun/themselves in a demanding enviroment this is the place to go. The people teaching you are people that have done the stuff for years, not just on the internet.
